    Delicious! I keep coming back to this place not only for the food but the service is amazing! Craft cocktails &/or wine to start. Then for appetizers we love to get the Ahi viet nachos or Maine lobster spring rolls. For the entree, I like the red curry shrimp ramen when the weather is cold or the protein bowl when the weather is hot. The menu has a big selection & it's awesome. I'm always trying new things here & loving it. The ambiance is calm but also there's alot to look at- this is a great place for adults. Definitely give this place a try if haven't been there yet! It's a good time.

    What an amazing find! Love this place with local artists work hanging on the walls. A gorgeous bar with incredible drinks. The hand rolled crispy egg rolls were amazing and I followed with tiger shrimp fire rice and my partner had bun bo hue spicy (and boy is it spicy). The basil bourbon julep was the best. The presentation of the food, the owner was serving us and she was so kind and loved seeing us enjoy the food. This is definitely a must try. Good vegan options of course and we had reservations. 5 star food and service.

    Our first evening in Palm Springs and we were staying near Smoketree Commons so we chose 533 Viet Fusion for dinner. It's a small space, but very well decorated with what I think was local art. We ordered a spring roll to share and three other dishes. I had the crepe, it was so good. Stuffed full of pork, shrimp, bean sprouts and herbs. Just delicious. My friends enjoyed their dishes too. Service was friendly and fast. We will definitely be back.

    We decided to try 533 again after our last time which was not that great. So glad we did! New owners have turned the place back around to a happing place. There were five of us and all of us said the food was excellent. Service was very, very good and ambiance was great. All our dishes had great flavor and healthy servings.
